Make sure you verify that your connection is stable by performing a speed test before submitting a request.
Here, we used Ookla to do a speed test (available for free in Google Play or Apple App Store) and confirmed that the connection is good.
If your test showed a similar result with low ping and high download and upload speeds, feel free to submit a request by providing the following information:
- Screenshot of the speed test result
- Name of Internet Service Provider: if you are using mobile data, provide the telco's name
To avoid delays, all information listed above must be provided. For connection issues, expect an update every 5 working days from our customer support officers.
